   Hi,

   I agree these themes from Hello are really nice looking themes, however its a real shame as Hello let themselves down badly when it comes to customer service/support…in fact the SUPPORT which they claim to offer on their website is totally non-existent, i have tried to no avail to have some questions answered now 5 times…and NOTHING…NO REPLY….NOTHING!!!!!

   They appear to be one of these outfits which will answer questions prior to purchase, then after they have payment…NOTHING..NO SUPPORT!!!!

   They advised me prior to purchase that i would be able to amend the font color of the theme from the 3 defaults to whatever i wanted, but now wont actually answer any emails advising how/where its actually done!

   Also i need to amend the ‘free shipping over $60′ box in the top header, i’m sure to someone in the know its easy..however its all new to me and without any support/advice from hello, then im stuck! Hello themes can’t just assume we are all experts and know our ways around their themes coding without their help!!

   Ironically, i had actually planned on buying another Hello theme, for another project….though not now…not given their poor service!

   In summary…if you think your likely to need any help with these themes, then i would suggest going elsewhere, to a company which values its customers and actually does provide the support which they claim!!

   How long did it take you to get the theme ? I have paid my money, but even after many emails I have not got anything.

   I actually got my theme quick quickly, which given the amount of people that have got zip is appearing to look quite good!! cant you claim your money back via Paypal? also anyone know where/how i amend the ‘Free Shipping over $60′ logo in the top header? I thought it was like their widget which can be amended in PS but its just a background layer that cant be altered??

   I just purchased a theme a few days ago. It looks great but I can’t get anyone from Hello Theme to call me back for questions on support.
